Hello Friends,
In the darkest time of year it is most important to keep balanced and healthy so that you can enjoy your friends and family and all that you need and want to do. Yoga can help you keep that balance by creating circulation, stability, postural alignment, flexibility, expansion of the breath, mindfulness and focus to connection. Yoga practice can help you transform into healthier patterns of being that radiates out into all your relations. Below you will find some offerings that can bring you healthy transformation!

*There are only 3 more spaces in the New Year's day retreat, so do not delay to contact me to attend. *The Men's Yoga Class starts up again at Lopez Fit January 15th after a successful 9 week course that ends this Tuesday the 18th; drop ins are welcome. *On that same date, the 15th, a new Beginner Yoga class is scheduled to begin at Lopez Fit for a 6 week session. There is a 6 student minimum to hold class and we are almost there, please call me ASAP if you would like to join the session.

*Also starting on January 15th but not listed below is the Intermediate yoga class on Tuesday mornings 9-10:30 at Down Dog Studio on Midnight's Farm. It is an 8 week session for $120 (half session and drop-in available) ending on March 12th (no class Feb. 12). This class is for those with at least one year of regular yoga practice.

* Yoga for People with Parkinson's starts up an every other Tuesday schedule on the 15th as well. We meet from 11:15-12:30 at Grace Church. If you or someone you know are experiencing a movement disorder please contact me to see if this class is a good fit for you. I am a certified yoga instructor from the NW Parkinson's Foundation and have an ongoing apprenticeship in yoga for Parkinson's and MS with Yoga Therapist Robin Rothenberg.

*The Yoga for Low Back Care course that starts on January 7th is at this time full, but if you are interested in this course or want more information, please contact me to get on the list for the next round.

Increase your flexibiltiy and strength with an intentional yoga practice annd enjoy a rejuvenating guided relaxation at the end of each class. This class is for those wo are new to yoga and want to take a short series to try it out, or for those who like a basic slower paced class.
